Our Parkson store consists of Cosmetics & Fragrance, Ladies Fashion, Mens’ Fashion, Baby, Kids & Toys as well as Home & Household department.
 
What are the business hours of Parkson stores?
We’re open daily for from 10am to 10pm, including public holidays.

E-Invoice

What is a TIN?
TIN stands for Tax Identification Number which is an income tax number issued by LHDN

Why do I need a TIN?
You will need the TIN to request for e-invoice when you make a purchase.
 
Where do I get the Tax Identification Number (TIN)?
There are three (3) channels available:
• Check the TIN via the MyTax Portal https://mytax.hasil.gov.my (e-Daftar menu);
• Contact the HASiL Contact Centre at 03-8911 1000 / 1100; or
• Visit the nearest LHDNM offices.
 
Why do I need an e-Invoice for my purchase?
You will need an e-Invoice for your purchases if you are filing your individual income tax or business expenses (where applicable).
 
What details do I need to request for my e-Invoice?
For individuals – MyKad, individual TIN, full name, address, contact number and valid e-mail address (as per stated in the e-Invoice Request Form and required by LHDN)
For companies/businesses – company TIN, 12-digit new business registration number, company name, business address, contact number and valid e-mail address (as per stated in the e-Invoice Request Form and required by LHDN)
 
Where can I request for an e-Invoice?
Visit our Customer Service counter at the SAME store of purchase to request. You cannot request from another Parkson store.
 
When can I request for an e-Invoice?
You can request within the SAME day of your purchase or in the SAME calendar month of purchase only. Previous calendar month purchase is strictly not allowed.
 
How do I request for an e-Invoice?
Present original Parkson purchase receipt to the Customer Service counter at the SAME store of purchase on the SAME day or within the SAME calendar month, fill up the e-Invoice Request Form and wait for Parkson to send the form to LHDN for verification & validation before Parkson is authorised by LHDN to print out a hardcopy (once only) and e-mail a softcopy to the e-mail address you provide in the e-Invoice Request Form.
 
How long do I have to wait for the LHDN verification and validation?
According to LHDN it will take a few minutes.

How will I get the requested e-Invoice?
Once validated by LHDN, we will print out 1 copy for you and the system will send a copy to your email address.
 
Are purchases of Parkson Gift Voucher eligible for e-Invoice?
Yes, you may request for an e-Invoice for purchase of Parkson Gift Voucher.
 
How will usage of Parkson vouchers/coupons affect the e-Invoice value?
Any Parkson vouchers and/or coupons used for payment will have its value deducted from the E-Invoice amount. Example an item cost RM100; paid using RM90 cash & RM10 Parkson voucher/coupon will show only RM90 in the E-Invoice. This is due to LHDN’s ruling on the treatment of vouchers/coupons.
 
Can I use any email address?
Yes, you can use any valid email address but it is vital that you ensure that your e-mail address stated in the e-Invoice Request Form is accurate.
 
Do I have to fill in all the requested details?
Yes, you must fill in all requested details as per LHDN’s requirement.
 
How do I go about a refund request if I have the E-Invoice?
For eligible refunds, the printed E-Invoice must be presented along with the original Parkson receipt and merchandise at the SAME store of purchase within 7 days of purchase.

Parkson Gift Voucher

Where can I purchase the Parkson Gift Voucher?
The Parkson Gift Voucher can be purchased from our Customer Service counters at any Parkson stores.
 
Where can I use my Parkson Gift Voucher?
The Parkson Gift Voucher can be used at any Parkson Malaysia stores nationwide.
 
What denominations are available for the Parkson Gift Voucher?
The Parkson Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of RM10 and RM50.
 
Can I collect Parkson Card Points and/or BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson Gift Voucher?
Yes, you can collect Parkson Card Points and/or BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson Gift Voucher.
 
What payment method can I use for purchasing Parkson Gift Voucher?
You may pay using cash, credit/debit card, GrabPay, Boost, TnG eWallet, Maybank QR, Maybank TreatsPoints, Alipay, UnionPay, JCB or WeChat China.
 
Will I be given cash change for a purchase made with my Parkson Gift Voucher?
Item(s) purchased with Parkson Gift Voucher must be of equivalent or greater value than the Parkson Gift Voucher used, otherwise differences will be forfeited.
 
What is the validity period of the Parkson Gift Voucher?
The Parkson Gift Voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. Kindly refer to the expiry date stamped on the voucher.
 
My Parkson Gift Voucher has expired, can I request for an extension?
All vouchers cannot be extended or renewed after the expiry date and any request will not be entertained.
 
My Parkson Gift Voucher is lost or damaged, can I get a replacement?
No, Parkson is not obliged to replace any lost or damaged vouchers under any circumstances.

 

Parkson Discount Voucher

What is a Parkson Discount Voucher?
The Parkson Discount Voucher is a discount voucher that comes in denominations of RM10 or RM50.
 
How do I get the Parkson Discount Voucher?
The Parkson Discount Voucher is usually issued in-store to customers on Parkson Vouchers Day on selected days throughout the year. Customers can get a free RM10 Parkson Discount Voucher with every storewide purchase of RM150. Some merchandise exclusion may apply, please visit us in-store for more details.
 
How, where and what can I use the Parkson Discount Voucher for?
The Parkson Discount Voucher can be used to purchase almost anything at any Parkson stores, some merchandise exclusion may apply, please refer to in-store for more details.
 
Will I be given cash change for purchases made with my Parkson Discount Voucher?
Item(s) purchased with Parkson Discount Voucher must be of equivalent or greater value than the Parkson Discount Voucher used, otherwise differences will not be refunded.
 
Can I collect Parkson Card Points and/or BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson Discount Voucher?
No, usage of Parkson Discount Voucher does not qualify for any Parkson Card Points and/or BonusLink Points.

How do I get the Parkson Promotional Voucher?
The Parkson Promotional Voucher is usually issued in-store to customers on Parkson Vouchers Day on selected days throughout the year. Customers can get a free RM30 Parkson Promotional Voucher with every purchase of RM350 from the Cosmetics & Fragrance department. Some merchandise exclusion may apply, please visit us in-store for more details.
 
How, where and what can I use the Parkson Promotional Voucher for?

Maybank TreatsPoints

Can I use Maybank TreatsPoints to shop in Parkson?
Yes, you can use your TreatsPoints to offset your purchase directly at any Parkson cashiers.
You can redeem from as low as 500 TP = RM1. Simply inform our cashiers should you wish to redeem your TreatsPoints.
 
Can I use Maybank TreatsPoints to get Parkson Gift Vouchers?
Yes, you can purchase RM10 or RM50 Parkson Gift Voucher with 5,000 TP or 25,000 TP respectively at any Parkson Customer Service counters.

Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased from Parkson?

Yes you may. Item(s) purchased from Parkson stores can be exchanged or refunded within seven (7) days from the date of purchase as stated on the receipt.

Non-exchangeable and non-refundable items (unless stated otherwise):-
Undergarments, electrical appliances, hampers, pillows, bolsters, bedsheets and accessories such as watches, jewelries, earrings, necklaces.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased at another Parkson store?

Yes you may. Please visit a Parkson Customer Service counter convenient to you.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: How can I make an exchange or a refund for an item I have purchased from Parkson?

For Credit Card transactions:
Please bring the item along with your original receipt, credit card transaction receipt and credit card used for the purchase to your nearest Parkson Customer Service counter for assistance.

For Cash or Parkson Vouchers transactions:
Please bring the item along with your original receipt to your nearest Parkson Customer Service counter for assistance.

How will I be refunded for an item that I have purchased from Parkson?

For Credit Card transactions:
The amount will be refunded to your Credit Card account accordingly. Depending on your Credit Card issuing bank, it will take up to 30 working days to be reflected on your Credit Card statement/ account.

For Cash transactions:
The amount will be refunded to you in cash.

For Parkson Voucher transactions:
The amount will be refunded to you in the form of Parkson Vouchers.

EXCHANGE: Can I exchange for an item of a lower price?

Yes, you may. The price difference will be returned to you accordingly in the form of original payment method (Cash, Credit Card or Parkson Vouchers).

EXCHANGE: Can I exchange for an item of a higher price?

Yes you may. The price difference can be paid via Cash, Credit Card or Parkson Vouchers.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased from Parkson after seven (7) days from the date of purchase?

Please visit our in-store Customer Service counter or contact our Customer Service at 1300 88 0828, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm, excluding public holidays for assistance.

REFUND: The electrical appliance that I have purchased from Parkson is faulty, what can I do?

Please contact the manufacturer/ distributor or visit the manufacturer’s/ distributor’s service centre as stated on the Warranty Card for repairs or exchange.
